Since going back to a desk job a few weeks ago, meal prep has become a key element to my weekday sanity. Long gone are the days of leisurely opening the fridge midday to cook up whatever ingredients I had on hand. Now it's all about packing up my lunch container full of healthy dishes and digging into my meal at my desk.
This week has been so full of excitement and adventure that writing this blog post feels like the first time all week that I've sat down at the computer for an extended period of time (which is super unusual for me). All the new things that have been happening over here are super fun and exciting so I'm not complaining one bit!
Ok, I've said it before, but I LOVE roll cakes. There's just something simply perfect about them that I adore. Also, it really has the perfect cake to frosting (or whipped cream) distribution, which a lot of cakes tend to miss (why I don't love cupcakes).
