The Ultimate Lower Body Blast Workout

I love lower body workouts. They make me feel like I'm getting more done because lower body = bigger muscle groups. I came up with this workout a few weeks ago when I wanted a workout that combined both strength training and cardio, and this workout does just that. 

I ran through this workout a second time with my husband and he was NOT a happy camper afterwards. I think he said that he was the most sore he had ever been from a workout. EVER. I, of course, took this as a major compliment to my workout-creativeness. I mean, being sore means it worked, right?

This workout is a majorly heart-pumping, sweat-dripping killer workout. It took me about 30 minutes to complete the two rounds. I used 65 pounds for all of the weighted movements (deadlifts, front squats, front rack lunges), but you can scale up or down as needed - remember the high reps, though!
